    Dinner: Soup + Boiled Chicken + Salad + Vegetables Raw(Like carrot, Reddish etc)

    Once you are determined to lose weight, you need a good plan that you can live with. To lose 50 pounds or more, you must stay consistent with good eating habits and exercise. This is what you need to do:

    Reduce calories intake by 500 to 700 calories per day

    The diet plan (originally posted) is really nice but there is still an issue.
    Actually, you are taking a excessive quantity of eggs. What do you think about it?

    The best diet plan is to take 1 piece of toast with fresh juice in your breakfast and avoid to eating meal and this type of heavy foods and eat lite dinner and do not sleep after done your dinner and also avoid junk foods.
