Brain exercises.
1)Get into a comfort position and close your eyes.Take a deep breath and while exhaling,mentally recite the word "falling" while picturing the word in your mind.Do again and recite the another word "asleep" three times while exhaling.
2)Expose the mind to new,fun and interesting things that keeps the mind active by maintaining new interests.
3)Research has found that mind thinks in pictures and it works best to deal with pictures.
4)Exercise keeps the stress away.Walking is the best exercise to keep yourself fit and stress free mind.
5)Go for walk in your lunch at least three times in a week rather than sitting at your desk.
6)Consider cycling at least a few times a week.

I like the brain exercises.Specially the part where you did advice about the daily walk.We all keep this factor in mind that a sound body always have a sound mind.So we should engage our selves in walk and exercises.
Do games and puzzles such as crossword puzzles, Sudoku and Scrabble.
