Please advice me how to start taking the Creatine Monohydrate, i have heard about some loading phase and maintenance phase ... kindly explain them both....
yes u can take creatine 5gms 4 time a day, u can take 6 hours appox interval or gap,, and u continue to take 20 gms per day. Then after loading phase u only take 5 gms a day before workout.
