    Great Tips for Loss Weight - In Seven Days

    Day One All fruits expect bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits you want. It is suggested you consume lots of watermelon and cantaloupe.

    Day Two All vegetables, You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.

    Day Three Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, Any quantity. No bananas yet and no potatoes today.

    Day Four Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You can also have one bowl of vegetables soup.

    Day Five Today is a feast day. You will eat 1 (one) cup of rice. You also have to eat 6 (Six) shole tomatoes and drink 12 (twelve) glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.

    Day Six Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat 1 cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables you want cooked and uncooked to your hearts content.

    Day Seven Today Your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, Fruit Juice and all the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be five to eight kilograms lighter than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you rest for three days before every repetition. You have your system under control now and it will thank you for all the purging and cleansing you just gave it. Even more than a diet program it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean your digestive system and remove toxic substances that have a accumulates in the system.

    SOME USEFUL TIPS TO BE FOLLOWED

    1. Gradually increase the intake of high- calorie foods.

    2. Meal times should be as a attractive & pleasant as possible.

    3. Small frequent meals should be taken. At least six to eight small meals are advised.

    4. Bed- Times sancks are helpful.

    5. Do not force yourself while eating.

    6. Concentrate on your food while Eating.

    7. Do not get distracted while enjoying your meals.

    8. Take adequate rest whenever possible.

    9. Include greater quantities of milk Products like Curds, Cheese, Paneer, Kadhi, Lassi (Sweet), Custard, Shrikhand, Ice Cream, Kheer, Falooda etc.

    10. Green leafy vegetables should be included in the meal at least 3-4 times a week.

    11. Take in plenty of fluids in form of lime juice, Glucon- D, Coconut water, Butter Milk & Fruit Juices.

    12. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.

    13. Keep a gap of at least 1-1˝ hour between meals & exercise.

    14. Carry with you at all times biscuits, Khakaras, Dry Fruits, Nuts, Peanuts, Chana, Chocolate etc. So that You can munch on whenever you are hungry.

    DIET FOR Old Early Morning Empty Stomach Kerala Water

    Morning Tea : 1 Cup of Tea 2 Marie Biscuits, 1 Ruk (No Grouse, Cream or Sateel

    ( 6:30 to 7:30) Biscuits.

    Breakfast : 1 Cup of Milk

    7:30 to 8:30) 2 S/W (No Butter, Cheese, Cream )

    2 Stuft Roti ( No Aloo)?

    1 Bowl Crud/ Pudina Chutney ( No Ghee, Butter)

    OR

    1 Bowl Dalia/ Wheat Flapes/ Wheat Puffs ( No Cornflake) + 1 Fruits

    (No Banana, Mango, Cheeku, Grapes, Hitches)

    OR

    Poha/ Idli, Upma/ Cheela ( Once/ Weak)

    Mid Day : Butter Milk/ Nimbu Panni/ Jaal Zeera or Sprouts/ Fruits

    (11:30)

    LUNCH : Salad (No Beetroot), 2-3 Roti/ No Rice

    (2:00 ) Crud/ Dal/ Pea/ Non Veg/ Green Veg, Fruits

    Tea : 1 Cup of Tea 2 Bis/ Roasted Chana/ Poha

    (4:30)

    Dinner : Salad, 2 Roti, Green Veg, Fruits.

    CONSIDERATIONS

    Milk : Use only toned Milk & Low at milk product.

    Non Veg : Avoid Red Meat instead go for white meat i.e. chicken & Fish, that too not more than 2 truce week Avoid yolk of

    Pulses : Avoid in hole pulses at Night go for leashed rules

    Crewels : Avoid refined inhales like Maida united go for wheat & wheat bases product.

    Fruits : Avoid Banana, Mango, Cheeku, Grapes, litches, Pine apple, Water melon.

    Have fruits instead of juices

    Have Health drinks like buttermilk, Jaal Zeera, Lemonade instead of carbonated drinks.

    Veg. : Avoid patotes, Beat root, Zumekand, Conot.

    Sugar : No Sugar inslead have sugar free (Pills- 2/3 days)

    Avoid sweats, Cookies, Chocolates , Cake Pasties

    Salt : Not more that 3-5 gm of salt/ day.

    Avoid pickles, Fried foods, preservatives.

    Oil : Not More than 3 tab spoon oil/ day.

    Water : 10-12 glass of water

    Brisk watt is must

    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

    FOOD PERMITTED N UNLIMITED AMOUNTS

    Salads. Thin Buttermilk, Coconut Water, lime Juice with Water/ Soda.

    SOUPS : Palak, Clear Tomato, Mixed vegetable.

    FLUIDS : Drink at least 12 to 5 water.

    FOODS PERMITTED

    CEREALS : Wheat, Broken Wheat, Regi, Jower, Bajar, Barley, Brown Rice,

    Rawa, Pohe, Kumura.

    PULSES : Wholemoong, Chawli, Matki, Masoor, Soyabean, Kulith, Udad Dat,

    Green & Yellow Moong Dal.

    MILK & MILK PRODUCTED:

    : Curd without cream, Thin Buttermilk, Skimmed/ Cow’s Milk (Milk

    Should be boiled & refrigerated overnight & cream removed before

    use.)

    NON VEG. : 2 to 3 pieces Lean Chicken, 1 to 2 pieces Fish, 1 Egg Whites.

    Frequency once or twice in a week. Preferably eat in the lunch and avoid Dal with non veg. Preparation method to be used- boiled, steamed, grilled, roasted baked, currid without coconut and also not fried.

    VEGETABLES: All green leafy vegetables, Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, Raddish, Pumpkin, Dudhi, Bhendi, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Tondli, Capsicum, Brinjal, Carrot, Kerela, Gavar, All the Beans & Gourds.

    FRUITS : Orange, Sweet Lime, Apple, Guava, Pear. Peach, Amla, Jam, Anjeer, Elaichi, Banana- 1 medium Green Banana, Chikoo, Sitapal, Pomogranate- ˝ Medium.

    Cherries, Grapes- 10 nos.

    Leechies, Plum (Alu Bhukar)- 2 to 3 Nos.

    Straw Berries – 6 Nos.

    Black Berries (Jambhul) 1 medium cup.

    Coconut water – 1 No. (Without Masala)

    SUGAR OILS & FATS : 3 to 4 tsp/ person/ day.

    MISCELLANEOUS: Rajgeera, Vari Rice, Alive, Flex Seeds.

    FOODS TO BE AVOIDED

    CEREALS : Corn & Its products (Corn flour, Popcorn) Maida & Its products (Biscuits, Cake, Pasteries, Bread, Pizza base) White Polished Rice, Noodles, Macroni, Sphagetti & Sabudana.

    PULSES : Chana Dal, Rajma, Chole, Peas ˝ katori once a month.

    MILK : Whole Milk & its products (Kheer, Basundi, Rabadi), Mithais, Paneer, Puddings, Custard, Desserts, Butter, Cream, Cheese.

    NON VEG. : Organ (Liver, Kidney, Brain), Shellfish, Mutton, Red Meat (Beef, Pork) Bacon, Ham, Sausages

    Vegetables : Potato, Sweet Potato, Suran, Arbi, Beetroot permitted 1 medium size once 15 days.

    Fruits : Fruits Juice, Milk Shakes, Canned Juices.

    Sugar : Sugar, Jaggery, Honey, Chocolates, Ice- Cream, Soft Drinks, Sharbats, Murabba, Chunda, Jam, Jellies.

    Oils & Fats : Butter, Ghee, Cheese, Mayonnaise, Margarine, Oily & Fried Foods.

    Nuts & Oil Seeds : Coconut (Fresh & Dry), Groundnut, Cashewnuts, Almonds, Pista, Til.

    Miscellaneous : Papads, Pickles, Chutney, Sauces, Puris, Pakodas, Vadas, Parathas, Junk & Fast Foods.

    Please do not allow Television, Music System or Book to disturb you while enjoying balance meal with your family.

    Eat Small & Frequent meals at regular intervals. Do not skip any of your meals.

    Well it is an informative post. In my opinion we can lose weight easily with doing walk. Running is also beneficial. if we eat fruits and vegetables only and do running regularly we can easily lose weight in seven days.

    Well it is a good food planning and i have observed that you have included fruits and vegetables in your diet and i liked it because it has many advantages and it is considered as a best diet and keep it up it is nice routine work and thanks for sharing.

    Tips to burn fat:

    Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories,
    Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories,
    Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes,
    Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.....

    I am danial from US and new in this forum..and also have a question that relate to losing weight fast ,,like Phentramin d diet pillls ,is here anybody who tried these tablets and get the benfit.

    The best loss weight is to avoid junk foods and Do not force yourself while eating Concentrate on your food while Eating.Do not get distracted while enjoying your meals.

    Awesome weekly diet to lose weight and helpful for those who really wants to lose weight. Besides diet plans we must do exercise regularly as regular exercise helps in burning fat/calories and regulates our metabolism.

    Daniel, look for no quick fixes to weight loss. The whole concept of weight loss is flawed. Why would you want to lose "weight" when you can lose just "fat" and retain and build muscle?

    A strict diet and 3-4 day split with compound movements performed at heavy intensities (6-8-10 reps max) would set you on the right track.

    P.S: Knowing how fruits work, they are the last ones I'd trust with my weight or fat loss.
