Note: This doesn’t include warm-up sets

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
**2x8 Dips (if you cant do these or no assist machine then do Decline Dumbbell Bench Press with your hands Facing each other)
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay or Bent Rows (or power cleans)
**2x8 Chin-ups (recommended mainly if doing the cleans)
So this is what i got of another thread,to me it looks like it isn't that much and it also says not to start adding loads a stuff to it.
By the looks of this it seems like i would have it done in like a half hour.So has anyone used it and what were your results?
As far as i know the workout is three days of a-b-a alternating every week.I am currently doing a five day split and every above
exercise is part of my routine i just do a body part each day.I usually do around 18 sets a day and takes me from 45mins-1hour
to complete.Do you think i would be better off doing starting strength or sticking with my current split?
