Tips to increase fat:-

1.-Take 2 boil potatoes daily in the morning.

2.- Use soybeans much in your diet as you take.

3.- Take 2 Eggs in the morning & 2 Eggs in the evening.

4.- In the afternoon, take one glass mix veg. juice daily.

5.- Use vegetables and salads much in your diet.

(a).- (Dal + Veg. + Curd + Rice + 2 Chappatis + Salad)

6.- If possible use 4 spoons protinex powder in 1 glass milk in the night. – Not necessary.

Suggestion to keep fit body:-

(i) Early in the morning, go on walk

(ii) Take breath in fresh air in the morning and walk on green grass by barefoot in the morning.

(iii) Shake and move your body with slow motion.

(iv) Do yoga or meditation daily with 5 to 10 minutes.

(v) Hanging your body daily to keep fit your body and also stretches your body with slow motion.

(vi) Do push ups.

With these tips and suggestion you will be keep your body fit and fine with charming glow face.
